The contest was held by your favourite farmed salmon trade association, Salmon of the America's Inc. with the culinary institute of Le Cordon Bleu in five different states. Our contest generated many videos that were uploaded to our contest site www.chef-contest.com. These videos were voted by thousands of viewers which enabled the contestants to be ranked into the top 20 spots qualifying them for the final round of voting by Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute.
